Heat - Turning On Heat, from A/C to heat. Your heat will not work without turning the 2 knobs on the hot water tank. All tenants must change pipes over to make your heat work correctly, If you do not know how to do this process , Please call the office at 859-342-8564 or go online on your New Resident Portal and put in a work order.
